How to Register

Signing in for the Rupanco Yoga Festival 2010 is very easy, just follow these steps:

1.- Pre-register.
2.- Fill out the on-Line Registration Form.
3.- Download and fill out the Health Declaration.

Medical Card

As a precaution, the festival which lasts 10 days, has the presence of a Surgeon Doctor available day and night, along with a team of therapists and health professionals, who ensure the health, peace and integrity of the participants. In case of an accident we have an emergency center near you.

To serve you better we ask that you complete the Medical Record Form at the time of enrolling, whose data is strictly confidential and for medical use only.

COMMITMENT

Being fully informed of the type of holiday and health program in which I am participating, I am aware that alcohol or other external stimulants that directly affect the nervous system are prohibited. The organizers have every right to take measures for prevention and resolution in the event that this occurs with any participant. Witnessed, with an attitude that we should take care of the balance and harmony of the Rupanco Yoga Festival 2010.

Terms and conditions for the return of money paid.

1 .- In case of suspension of the event, by the Organizers:

1.1 Payment through a ticket sales system: In this case, a refund of the money paid will be made, minus the amount of fee charged by way of commission by the company that provided the ticketing service.

1.2 Payment made directly to the Organizing Committee of the event: In this case, if the money was paid directly to the Organizing Committee there will be a return of the documents paid, or the money.

2 .- In case of suspension of the event, by accident or force majeure:

If the suspension of the event is due to causes attributable to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure such as an earthquake or flood, according to the legislation governing this area, we shall make repayment of money paid.

3.- If a person decides not to participate in the event, upon verification of their pre-registration and / or registration:

If a pre-registered person, that is: a person who has paid the pre-registration fee for the event or is already registered, the amount/s paid in addition to the event fee, either in cash, by check/s or post dated check/s, and / or by credit card, must be clearly distinguished:

3.1. - Money paid for pre-registration.

No return of the money received under this heading.

3.2. - Money paid to pay for the event.

In this case it must be clearly identified as such, and, depending on the date of notification of withdrawal indicated by the person who cannot participate: This should be informed by e-mail to the following address: info@festivalrupanco.cl

a- If the person notifies his or her intention not to participate in this event in the period elapsed since the date of pre-registration until the 26th of December 2009, the Organizing Committee promises to return 80% of the money paid by the person or group of people.

b- If the person notifies his or her intention not to participate in this event in the period between the 27th of December 2009 and the 11th January 2010 inclusive, the Organizing Committee promises to return 50% of the money paid by the person or group of people.

c- If the person notifies his or her intention not to participate in this event in the period between the 12th of January 2010 and before 00:00 on the day the event commences, the Organizing Committee promises to return 25% of the money paid by the person or group of people.

Note:
* In the case of the situation marked item 3, in all cases the reimbursement of the appropriate percentage of the money paid will be made once the event is finalized (March 2010).

* Refunds do not include fees charged for a commission by the company that issued the ticket, for providing the service.

*Refunds will always be made with money in local currency, namely, the Chilean peso, should it have been made in foreign currency.
